Saturday 23rdApril
Mens 1st Team
Home v Anselmians, KO 3pm
The 1st XV meet top of the table Anselmians at home.3pm KO. They are 4 points clear at the top and won’t want to slip up. Expect a really tough encounter against the team who beat us 69 -13. at the start of the season and who have only lost one game in the League and beaten both Macclesfield and Lymm in the Cheshire cup. We had a great win beating Leigh 34-17 at Leigh last time out and we need 2 points from our last 3 fixtures to confirm a 4th place finish which would be our best since returning to this league. Next weekend we face 2nd place Rochdale and the on 7th May is our last game of the season V Leigh.
Mens 2nd Team
Home v Oswestry, KO 3pm
Our 2nds are at home to Oswestry.A win would secure our Legaue status for next season. We lost away at Oswestry in the 1st game of the season so we are looking to win the home fixture.Last time out we beat Northwich 34 -12.
Mens 3rd Team
Away v New Brighton,
Our 3rds were away at New Brighton having been granted the win V Birkenhead Park last time out as they were unable to field a team. This week the game is conceded due to lack of players again.

Away v Caldy, 2pm KO at Lymm
Cheshire Cup Final
Our magnificent colts play the first of 2 cup final this Sunday. At 2pm they face Caldy at Lymm in the Cheshire Cup final. We beat Caldy with the last move of the game in the semi final (Cheshire have decided that Caldy play is in the final after disqualifying Lymm & Wirral who met in the other Semi. So we have to beat them again and the good news is that we have a full squad who hope to win the Cheshire Colts cup for Winnington Park for the 1st time since 1985.
Next Sunday they play Warrington at arc Lew RFC in the League cup final. They have already won the Halbro colts League B this season.
The lads would appreciate your support for both games and they certainly deserve it arguably being the best Colts side the club has ever produced.
Good luck to all our teams and especially our fantastic colts.
M&J teams
Little Ruggers will be available at 9am for all children in preschool and reception and really focus on fun, getting active and those early ball skills.
