Senior Rugby

All senior games are yet to re-start, but teams are back training.

Men’s training – Tues & Thurs at 7 – 8.30

Take away food service has recommenced on a Thursday for a very reasonable price of £2.00 with the Café open for refreshments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Walking Rugby – Tues at 6.45 – 8.15

O2 Mixed Touch rugby - Thurs – 7.00 – 8.30 and Sunday mornings from 8.30 – 9.45

Ladies training on Thursdays at 7 – 8.30 and Sunday afternoons from 1 – 2.30

Club Physio service has resumed and is available for club members and appointments made via me

O2 touch inter club rugby tournament will take place on Sat 15^th May. Tournament will start at 1pm but players should be at the club for 12.30.  We are not permitted to have spectators to this event but welcome teams entered from across the club for those aged 16+.Sqauds of 10 which must include 3 females. Send your team name, colours and club captain details to Dave at 077932 48310 to enter your team

If you don’t have a team don’t worry – just turn up and we will add you to a team or create a team of players not already in a team

Duty team is the U15’s

As always, please follow the duty team’s parking instructions.

Please do not stop on the driveway during the peak car park times of 9:45 to 10:15

If you stop, the cars behind you back up very quickly blocking the road.

We have 6 teams at home, plus 5 visiting so potentially hundreds of cars to park.

Drop off is in the first bit of car park, where parking is prioritised for rugby coaches.

Everybody else is round the back.

Volunteer's weekend Saturday/Sunday 12/13th June

Again we hosting a Volunteers Weekend at the rugby club so as to spruce up our facilities. This year we will be cleaning, painting & decorating the Bowden room, stairs & foyer areas ready for the re-opening of the clubhouse following the recent Lockdown. There will also be some work in the grounds, all of which require no prior skills, it’s something we can all do. In recent years it’s been a great few days and between us all we have managed to achieve to make the clubhouse & grounds look fantastic.

Whether it be a couple of hours, a day or all weekend, your help will be greatly appreciated.

There will also be a free BBQ.
