We are recruiting

All Welcome - Whatever Age or Experience.

Parks teams are having a short summer break whilst renovation work on all 3 pitches and the training areas take place.

Parks men’s teams will commence pre-season preparations on Tuesday 13th July and will continue to practice every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm for the remainder of the season.

We will look forward to seeing the return of our existing players and we welcome new players to the club regardless of age or experience.

The Coaching teams at Park recognise that everyone is starting again, experienced, or not, having not played the game in over a year. Our training will reflect this with lots of fun through conditioned games to allow the development of Rugby skills. Sessions will become more game focused once we get closer to the start of the league season on 4th September.

So if you have moved back in with your parents, come home from university, just moved to the local area, played as a junior but then packed up, or just waiting for the right time to get back into rugby now is your chance. Park always welcome new players for all its teams so come on down and see what is on offer. With 4 senior sides we have a team for everyone.

Our first XV will play in the North West 2 League this season with our 2nd XV in the Halbro league Division 3 South. Our 3rd team playing on a more social basis in the Halbro league 4 West. Our Ladies compete in National Challenge Midlands 2 North League.

Anyone interested in getting involved can make contact via the club website at wprfc.com or contact Dave Allcock on 077932 48310 or just turn up to a practice session on a Tuesday or Thursday.
