The passing of Brandon Parkey

It’s with great sadness that I have to announce the passing of Brandon Parkey.

Brandon was a long-time member of the club and made quite a contribution initially as a coach in our mini and junior section, then as a player and captain of the 3rd and Vags teams before ending his on field career as a referee.

In the late 90s Brandon was also the club Chairman and was always keen to support the club in whatever way he could.

Brandon’s funeral is at 2.00pm on Wednesday 9th September at the United Reform Church in Winsford with a brief service after at Northwich Crematorium.

With Covid restrictions in place, only 30 people are allowed in the actual Church but people can stand outside observing the restrictions.

Following the service there will be a gathering at The Bulls Head in Davenham, where people can join in remembering and celebrating his life”.

Our thoughts go out to his wife Di and the family.
