It's a New Year! We've said good riddance to 2020, but 2021 is still looking a little uncertain. If you're feeling anxious, stressed or panicked here are some tips that can really help:
- Think about what you do have control over, rather than things that you can’t do anything about. That will help you regain those feelings of control.
- Talk through your worries with someone, whether it's by text or a phone call.
