We have been notified that two people who attended the club on Saturday 29th May 2021 have tersted positive for Covid on the lateral flow test. We have started to notify others in attendance and this has resulted in two further positive tests. As a result the Committee has decided to stop all activities at the club and close until Friday 11th June 2021 when we will review the decision.
As you may have seen on the news the Northwich area has seen a rise in positive cases of Covid and this decision is to protect members and the wider community.
Please if you have been at the club since Saturday 29th we I would urge you to take a free Lateral Flow Test, these are available free of charge from your local Chemists/Pharmacy PCR Covid test ASAP, or visit the NHS for a full PCR Test. These are free details can be found on the NHS Website.
We are communicating this message to all our groups and members platforms, however can I ask everyone to also let people know who may not be in these categories.
