On a foggy day Winnington girls had a great turnout. They played a combined LSH and Broughton side.

Game 2:
With players warm and confidence building match 2 saw skill levels increase again, with the best performance of the season so far. Most pleasing to the coaches was the superb defence lead by Mollie and Freya. While the newer players showed great improvement with Martha and Erin the standout for most improved along with Liv from Sandbach who was captain for this match.
Rebecca and Maddie added the go forward for a pulsating game with every player getting on the scoreboard and Winnington Running out winner 11 tries to 10.
A superb afternoon of rugby enjoyed by all the girls should all be proud as I know the parents and coaches are,.
